  • Contact forms: for a maximum of 12 months after your enquiry has been dealt with, unless it results in a business relationship.

  • Application data: for up to 4 weeks after the recruitment process has been completed, or (with your consent) for up to 1 year to consider you for future vacancies.

  • Customer data: for the duration of the agreement and thereafter in accordance with the statutory tax retention period (7 years).

5. Sharing personal data with third parties

Intouch365 B.V. does not sell your personal data to third parties. We will only share your personal data with third parties where this is necessary to perform our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

We use Microsoft Dynamics for our website forms and customer relationship management. Any data you submit through our website is processed and stored securely within the Microsoft Dynamics environment. We have entered into data processing agreements with Microsoft and any other parties that process personal data on our behalf to ensure an appropriate level of security and confidentiality.
