From an intromer role you have the opportunity to grow to Senior CX Solutions Consultant or Business Consutlant. With the 1:1 personal development projects that each Intouchee goes through with our coach, there is a lot of personal attention to reflection and space to share what concerns you.

Together with our team you will start setting up our services and proposition in the field of AI. With your curiosity, you dare to investigate for us unfamiliar and unknown paths, and with your ideas and knowledge, you deliver your advice.
You’re on the intersection of business and IT. On the one hand, you have the technical knowledge about AI and LLMS, while on the other hand you know sufficient affinity and empathy for organizations and their (commercial) processes. You also like to tell customers and colleagues about your passion for AI and technology. You’ll work with us on:
- Introduce and build artificial intelligence applications within our projects.
- Select and train LLM services for the development of customer and sector-oriented services.
- Elaborate AI product prototypes for (potential) customers.
- Support in delivering and writing consultancy.
- Contribute to the development of market-specific product propositions.
- Prepare and develop workshops, customer training and presentations.
A new Intouchee is soon taken to customer projects as a consultant. You’ll soon be challenged and jump into the deep end. Sometimes quite exciting, but a driver for your growth and the development of your competences.

Are you a (almost) graduate WO student and can you recognize yourself in this profile?
- A training background in Artificial Intelligence of Data Science.
- You are curious, have a good dose of perseverance and have a strong interest in innovation.
- Strong communication skills and good presentation skills.
- Good control of both Dutch and English.
- You’ve gained work experience before, for example through internships.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java and SQL.
- Knowledge of concepts such as LLM.
- Afinity with Microsoft technologies, such as Azure, Synapse and Power BI, is a pré.
- You have a European passport or have the right to work in the Netherlands.

1. Online Knowledge

2. At the office
Did the online introduction give birth to each other? Then we like to get to know you better by getting to know you at our office. There are normally two of our colleagues present.
3. Case presentation
Do we both still see a good fit after the introduction? Then we invite you to make our cases. This one takes you into our practice and you come present the case to us at the office.
4. Contract discussion
Did we both like the last round? Then we would like to have you on our team and receive a contract proposal from us!
