For our CX and Data Science projects we are always looking for (young) professionals with passion for data science & AI. From your role as Customer Insights Specialist, you help to innovate and grow your organization by bringing their data and technology to life. By breaking datasilos, you help our customer to unite, understand and realize insights that enable personalised experiences and processes.
From a role as an installer you have the opportunity to grow to Senior CX Solutions Consultant or Business Analyst. With the 1:1 personal development projects that each Intouchee goes through with our coach, there is a lot of personal attention to reflection and space to share what concerns you.

As Customer Insights Specialist, you participate and contribute to our projects at large and challenging organisations in the Netherlands and beyond. The customer work is combined with internal projects with which you make an important contribution to the further development of our organisation. You’ll work with us on:
- Design, advise or automate customer processes using technology.
- Working with and editing customer data to create customer insights, customer profiles and customer segments.
- Support in delivering and writing consultancy to our customers.
- Working out product prototypes for (potential) customers.
- Contribute to the development of market-specific product propositions and products.
- Preparing and developing workshops, trainings and presentations.
- You will learn about addressing customer data and customerjourney issues and the implementation of technological solutions by actively participating in our projects.
A new Intouchee is soon taken to customer projects as a consultant. You’ll soon be challenged and jump into the deep end. Sometimes quite exciting, but a driver for your growth and the development of your competences.

- Affinity with data, technology, innovation and business.
- An inquisitive and curious institution.
- Strong communication skills.
- You can work independently and have a healthy sense of responsibility.
- Good control of both Dutch and English.
- You’ve gained work experience before, for example through internships.
- Experience with data tools such as SPSS, SQL, Access, Excel, Python, R and Power BI, CRM applications or marketing tools, such as email marketing and Google Analytics, is a preview.
- You have EU citizenship.

2. At the office
Did the online introduction give birth to each other? Then we like to get to know you better by getting to know you at our office. There are normally two of our colleagues present.
3. Case presentation
Do we both still see a good fit after the introduction? Then we invite you to make our cases. This one takes you into our practice and you come present the case to us at the office.
4. Contract discussion
Did we both like the last round? Then we would like to have you on our team and receive a contract proposal from us!
