Situation & background

Medline is a worldwide supplier of medical aid products with their European headquarters being in Arnhem. 

Through their European representatives and online channels, Medline collects a lot of personal information on their (potential) customers. Maintaining a good GDPR policy on this is quite complicated. Not every employee is fully aware of the laws while customers and other relations may not be conscious about the data Medline has collected on them.

Project and approach

Intouch365 has developed a strategy and multiple processes for Medline to ensure transparency concerning the collection of customer data and to create pro-active awareness over its employees.

These processes were designed in conjunction with Medline's Privacy Officers. These were subsequently realized by the Medline IT team in its Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
