Intouch365 behoort tot de top 3 FastTrack-partners in EMEA

Soms vergeet je hoe bijzonder iets is, juist omdat je er middenin zit. Wij zitten dagelijks in calls met Microsoft-teams, werken met klanten aan Dynamics 365-projecten en schakelen met specialisten die letterlijk de toekomst van het product bepalen. Voor ons is dat routine geworden.
Totdat we onlangs hoorden dat Intouch365 officieel behoort tot de top 3 FastTrack-partners in EMEA. En toen realiseerden we ons: dit ís bijzonder.
Wat is FastTrack eigenlijk?
FastTrack is Microsoft’s vlaggenschipprogramma dat partners ondersteunt bij complexe implementaties van Dynamics 365 en Customer Insights. Het geeft ons directe lijnen naar Microsoft Solution Architects en productteams, de mensen die de roadmap van deze technologieën vormgeven.

Wat klanten hier direct van merken
Dat klinkt mooi natuurlijk, maar wat betekent het in de praktijk?
- Snellere implementaties, omdat we directe lijnen hebben naar Microsoft’s productteams.
- Minder blokkades, omdat we toegang hebben tot extra expertise en escalatiekanalen.
- Meer innovatie, omdat we vaak al kunnen werken met functies die voor de meeste organisaties nog niet beschikbaar zijn.
En misschien wel het belangrijkste: de zekerheid dat alles wat we doen, gebaseerd is op Microsoft’s eigen Success by Design-principes.
Een klein team met grote invloed
Voor een jonge Nederlandse partner voelt deze erkenning als een enorme mijlpaal. FastTrack is immers niet zomaar een titel of een logo. Het is Microsoft’s eigen kwaliteitsprogramma, waarin alleen de meest ervaren en innovatieve partners worden toegelaten.
Dat wij binnen korte tijd in de top 3 zijn beland, betekent dat Microsoft ons ziet als een partij die niet alleen projecten oplevert, maar ook actief bijdraagt aan het verbeteren van hun producten, hun community en hun klanten.

Wij zien deze erkenning niet als een eindpunt, maar als een begin. Het motiveert ons om met nog meer energie te bouwen aan oplossingen die onze klanten helpen vooruit te kijken, te groeien en de kracht van data en AI optimaal te benutten.
Het mooiste aan dit nieuws is dat het niet alleen over ons gaat, maar ook over onze klanten. Want zonder hun vertrouwen, ambitie en lef om samen nieuwe technologie te omarmen, hadden we dit nooit bereikt.

Sometimes you forget how special something is simply because you’re in the middle of it. We spend our days on calls with Microsoft teams, working with customers on Dynamics 365 projects, and collaborating with specialists who are literally shaping the future of the product. For us, that has become routine.
Until we recently learned that Intouch365 has officially been recognized as one of the Top 3 FastTrack partners in EMEA. That’s when we realized this is something truly special.
What is FastTrack?
FastTrack is Microsoft’s flagship program that supports partners with complex implementations of Dynamics 365 and Customer Insights. It gives us direct access to Microsoft Solution Architects and product teams, the people defining the roadmap for these technologies.
